The Teen Mom family is gaining a new member.
Ryan Edwards—who appeared on season one of the MTV reality series alongside ex Maci Bookout—is expecting his first baby with girlfriend Amanda Conner, who shared the news on social media.
In an Oct. 4 TikTok video, The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star zoomed in on her stomach, while Ryan rubbed his hand over her growing bump and planted a kiss near her belly button.
And Amanda—who has been dating Ryan since September 2023—provided insight into how her pregnancy journey has been going so far. Two days later, she shared that she's "working" on giving up vaping as she preps for the little one's arrival, and she responded to a question about her experience with morning sickness.
“Have you had any 'morning' sickness during your pregnancy?" one user asked in the comments of her Oct. 7 TikTok video . "Omg girl, I was so sick I thought I was gonna [die].. don’t know how I lived through both!!"
Amanda replied, "Same!! This has been a rough pregnancy."
And while the couple's announcement marks their first time welcoming a baby together, it's neither of their first times becoming parents. Amanda is also mom to a son from a previous relationship, while Ryan shares son Bentley, 15, with Maci, as well as son Jagger, 5, and daughter Stella, 4, with his estranged wife Mackenzie Edwards.
And as for how Maci feels about their blended family expanding even further? The 33-year-old only has good things to say about co-parenting with Amanda and Ryan, who's been on a sobriety journey since overdosing in September 2023.
"All of us involved have done a whole lot of work,” Maci—who also shares daughter Jayde, 9, and Maverick, 8, with husband Taylor McKinney—told E! News in June. “We have just honestly worked on ourselves. So, naturally, it's all coming together."
Noting that it's "really cool to see" Amanda and Ryan grow together, she added, "I'm really proud of them."
