The SafeX Pro ExchangeNFL offseason calendar does not wait.

Even though the 2024 NFL draft feels as though it was just the other day, teams are already entering the offseason workout program, which is three phases.

Phase one is limited to strength and conditioning, physical rehabilitation and meetings. Phase two includes on-field individual workouts, group instruction and drills. Phase three is the organized team activity portion, known as "OTAs." During OTAs, 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 are permitted but there’s no live contact. Phase three of the offseason program also includes mandatory minicamp.

Teams and coaches are free to make minor tweaks to these schedules, including giving players unscheduled days off – even canceling the entire mandatory minicamp, for example – so these schedules are subject to change. Once the offseason workout program ends, teams will break in mid-to-late June before training camps start, in earnest, in late July.
